Web Privacy Practices

We respect your privacy and this information indicates how. Bookmark and Share

1. Personal Information - We do not collect personal information from you without your knowledge. When we do it is for registration or purchases made from us for products or services provided to you. Any information that you provide to us is not sold, nor distributed to third-parties outside of Corporate Development except to law enforcement agencies that have requested such information.

2. Email Newsletters and Product Information - Our email newletters are opt-in. This means you will not receive emailings from us unless you agreed to receive or specifically requested them. You can change preferences for receiving emailings by logging into your account and changing your preferences, sending us an email, or call us and we will do it for you. Given the amount of unsolicited email and spam that exists today we want you to be happy and that means giving you the control over what you receive from us.

3. Email Notifications and Phone Contact - In some circumstances we will or need to notify you by email or telephone. For instance, when you make a purchase from us we normally will send you status updates of your order such as shipment information including shipment tracking numbers. We may contact you if we have a problem securing a product or need to verify shipping information or change a ship date. In some cases company or other verification may be requested so that we can protect ourself against fraud.

4. Cookies - We use one or more cookies written to your computer if you have cookies enabled. These cookies may contain your customer ID or a shopping cart identifier or possibly web page configuration data used for automatically generating web pages according to your preferences. When you revisit our site this helps synchronize a shopping cart or remember preferred viewing settings. For checkout we use the customer ID and automatically fill in the forms for you thereby saving you time on subsequent purchases.

5. Browser Information - Sometimes we gather information about the browser you use. There are several reasons we do this. One is so we can return properly formatted pages to you since browsers don't all honor the same format specifications. Another reason is that we need to decide which browsers we will support and to what extent.

6. No Unsolicited Popups - We do not use advertising popups. The only popups on our site are technical ones that may give you an indication of an incorrect or invalid input field or some online editor feature when you are modifiying a page on a web site that we may have built or installed for you.

7. No Subversive Marketing Alliances - We do not participate in submersive marketing such as that which installs special browser toolbars and/or spyware that monitors your web surfing activity and consumes your computer resources. We view this as an intrusion of your privacy just as we also feel it is to us when we ourselves use the web for work that we do. Accordingly, if we need or desire information from you we will present the option to you directly. For instance, if you have an opinion about a product you can vote on it or leave a comment if we have those features designed into the product page.

We value and try to give good customer service to help you get things done. If you have any questions about our policies please contact us by phone, email, or regular mail.
